Our pointers have the focus and high prey drive that makes them perfect for hunting quail; and nothing beats watching our English Cockers hunt much bigger than their size by flushing and retrieving the game. Our professional guides ensure that your time is well spent.

Enjoy a morning, afternoon, or full day quail hunting in Florida with professionally trained bird dogs, experienced guides, and fast flying quail! We offer some of the best quail habitat and upland bird hunting in South Florida. With three fields to choose from; The Gallberries, The Pines, and The Palmettos; named after their terrain, you are sure to get a unique experience in whichever field you choose.
The hunt includes 12 birds per person per half day hunt, lunch, and the cleaning and packaging of your quail. Additional quail may be taken in the field for an extra charge. Shotguns may be rented and extra shells are available at an additional cost.

Fox Brown Outfitters also offers corporate and group fixed rate quail hunting packages. Be sure to ask about these for groups of larger than three hunters!

Snipe Hunting

Snipe Hunting is just a practical joke, right? Well, not quite… at Fox Brown Outfitters Snipe Hunting actually exists. Snipe are small birds; brown, white, rust and black in color, with elongated beaks. The key to finding these birds is finding mud filled, wet, and dark soiled areas. Waterproof boots are essential for hunting snipe. Snipe hunting is regulated by the state and availability is controlled based on current conditions. Snipe are allowed to be harvested in Florida from November first, to February 15th, with an eight bird bag-limit. But don’t be fooled, it will be hard to tag out, these little birds fly fast, and as soon as you think you’ve got a shot, they dive, dip, and bolt the opposite direction! This hunt is for the sportsman looking for a challenge!
This hunt includes lunch and the cleaning and packaging of your snipe. Shotguns may be rented and extra shells are available at an additional cost.

Dove Hunting

For many Florida hunters Dove Season marks the opening of hunting season! Florida has some of the finest dove hunting in the United States and we encourage all bird hunters to come and test your skills on these fast flying birds! Bring your fastest shooting shotgun and bag your limit of Florida dove, we can guarantee you will have a blast while doing it! 15 birds per hunter bag limit. Pheasant Tower Shoot

Tower Shoots offer the excitement of being in a group setting while enjoying live bird shooting! 400 Ringneck pheasants will be released from an elevated tower surrounded by 10 two person shooting stations. Hunters will rotate clockwise every 40 birds to ensure fair opportunity. Birds on the wing fly over at tree top level without warning to provide the ultimate in tower shooting.

The price of the hunt includes a day of wing shooting, gourmet lunch with assorted wines and beer, and cleaning and packaging of your birds. Birds will be packaged and dived equally up between hunters. Shotguns may be rented and extra shells are available at an additional cost.

Be sure to ask about corporate group rates for those that wants to rent the entire tower for the day to entertain your clients or employees, you will experience and a day full of memories that will last a lifetime!!

Duck Hunting

Hunt our private 1000 acre marsh, or the scenic beauty of world famous Lake Okeechobee as you experience in your face duck hunting action! Experience breathtaking sunrises as an array of duck species come screaming into our decoys. Pintails, Widgeon, Scaup, Ringnecks, Blue/Greenwing Teal, and Wood Ducks call Florida home during the long winter months. The Florida Mottled Duck, the Fulvous Tree Duck, and the Black Belly Whistling Duck all call sunny Florida home all year long.

Duck hunts on Lake Okeechobee are performed by Coast Guard License and Insured Captains by airboat or duckboat. There is a 3 person maximum group for public land hunts on Lake Okeechobee and no maxim group size for ranch hunts. You will need to obtain a hunting license, migratory bird permit, Florida waterfowl permit, and a federal duck stamp for this hunt. A migratory bird permit is a free federal permit required to take migratory birds in Florida. It must be used in conjunction with a hunting license, Florida waterfowl permit and a Federal Duck Stamp to take waterfowl.
