Proceeds from Fox Brown Outfitters’ hunting operation have allowed us to make vast environmental improvements in our preserve. We’ve restored many wetlands and are involved in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Wetlands Reserve Program. In addition to our diverse hunting stock, our unspoiled land is a critical refuge for dozens of native species from sand hill cranes and eagles to gopher tortoises. Without the hunting revenues, these environmental efforts simply would not be possible. The best conservationists in the world are hunters because maintaining a healthy natural environment is critical to what we do!
